Care is assessment-led and person-centered, focusing on how symptoms relate to movement, function, and overall health. Appointments include clinical assessment and hands-on manual care where appropriate, tailored to individual presentation. 

The aim is to help improve movement and function, build confidence in movement, and support you to better understand and manage your symptoms over time.

What to expect?

Appointments focus on understanding what is contributing to your symptoms and how these affect the way you move and function.

Care is tailored to you as an individual, taking into account your medical history, goals and findings from our assessment.

Price of consultation

£60

The same price applies to both initial and follow-up appointments.

Each session is assessment-led and tailored to your current presentation.

Practical Information

Dress Code

Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Short and sleeveless tops are appreciated as they will facilitate our postural assessment and identifying important clinical features such as scars or medical devices.

If this is not comfortable for you - Please make the necessary adjustments so you feel at ease.

Initial consultation

90 minutes

Appointment begins with a detailed case history and postural assessment to understand your symptoms, overall health and how these impact your daily life. 

Hands-on manual therapy is provided where appropriate. If needed, guidance or referral to another healthcare professional will be discussed.

Follow-Up Consultation

30-45 minutes

Follow-up appointments focus on reviewing your progress. We look at what has changed, how your body has responded to the last treatment, how you are managing your day-to-day. 

Sessions will include hands-on treatment and updated guidance to support recovery and self-management.

Emilie Raymond - Your Manual Therapist

I am a manual therapist currently completing my final year of osteopathy training at the College of Osteopaths, with planned graduation in June 2026.

My approach is assessment-led and person-centred, focusing on understanding symptoms, movement patterns, and overall health. Care aims to support improved function, recovery, and long-term self-management, using gentle, non-painful techniques suitable for patients of all ages.

What I can help with:

I commonly support people with:

  • Back and neck pain

  • Headaches arising from the neck (cervicogenic headaches)

  • Joint pain and stiffness (including hip, knee osteoarthritis, shoulder and elbow pain, frozen shoulder)

  • Muscle tightness, cramps, and spasms

  • Sciatic-type and nerve-related pain

  • Generalised aches and pains

  • Minor sports injuries

  • Ongoing musculoskeletal pain associated with rheumatic conditions

Appointments are currently offered on a limited basis while I continue my full-time role alongside my final year of clinical training with the College of Osteopaths.
